ONLINE COACHING

$40 / 4 WEEKS

This is a basic program designed to increase work capacity, body composition, and strength.

 

  • Program Duration: 4 weeks
  • Program Frequency: 3 days per week
  • Includes access to Ignite’s online TeamBuildr database
  • Track your progress with the Teambuildr app right on your phone
  • Get access to hundreds of video exercise demonstrations
  • Billing Frequency: every 4 weeks
  • For an additional $55.00 ($95.00* total) we will include a one hour 1 on 1 session with an Ignite Coach to learn the exercises and correct your technique

  • Monthly Check-ins for program modifications and progress analysis

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What kinds of payment do you accept?        

Online Payment must be given either by void cheque or by credit card. If you wish to pay at our facility we can accept cash, credit, cheque, or e-transfer.

2. What equipment do I need?    

 All programming is based on the assumption that you have access to basic gym equipment (barbell, dumbbells, squat rack, benches, cable machines, etc)

3. What if there is an exercise I can’t do?    

The Teambuildr app tags every exercise based on movement properties and muscles used. If there is an exercise you can’t do due to injury, lack of equipment, etc, you can substitute that exercise for a similar one in the Teambuildr app.

4. What if I don’t know how to do an exercise?    

Every exercise on Teambuildr has an accompanying video which demonstrates how the exercise is to be performed. Clients who want extra help should sign up for a 1 on 1 personal training session to learn the exercises.

5. What do all of these abbreviations mean?    Here are some of the most common abbreviations we use in our exercise names:

  • 1RM - 1 Repetition Maximum
  • SA - Single Arm
  • SL - Single Leg
  • BB - Barbell
  • MB - Medicine Ball
  • DB - Dumbbell
  • KB - Kettlebell
  • C/P - Cable Pulley Machine

6. Can I do these workouts alone?     

Absolutely! However; we always recommend working out with a friend who can act as a spotter whenever necessary. If you must workout alone make sure that you have safeties or some way to escape from underneath a bar should you miss a heavy rep. Safety first!
